We started Modern Cologne because we love that, maybe a little too much, and we couldn't find a place that talked about modern scent the way we actually experience it: with real enthusiasm, real opinions.

Every scent here has to earn its place. We wear fragrances for full days — not a quick sniff on a strip — and judge them on how they actually perform: the notes, how long they last, how far they project, how they evolve on skin. Then we weigh that against what they cost and who they're really for.
